SHIPPING POLICY

Verdant Moto LLC

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Verdant Moto offers shipping for eligible ready-to-purchase products and completed custom engraving projects.

Because products may vary in size, material, value, and customization requirements, shipping arrangements and costs may differ between orders.

This policy explains how shipping, processing times, customer-supplied items, local pickup, and delivery concerns are handled.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & TURNAROUND TIMES

Ready-to-Purchase Items

Ready-to-purchase designs and finished engraved artwork are generally prepared for shipment after payment has been confirmed.

Processing time depends on the item’s availability, packaging requirements, and current workload.

Any specific processing estimate provided at checkout or during order confirmation will apply to that purchase.

Custom Engraving Orders

Custom engraving projects require additional time for consultation, design development, item inspection, customer approvals, and production.

Turnaround times may depend on:

  • Design complexity and level of detail
  • Size and material of the item
  • Current project workload
  • Customer response and approval times
  • Availability of items or materials
  • Shipping or delivery of customer-supplied components

An estimated project timeframe will be discussed before the custom order is confirmed.

Production timelines are estimates unless a specific completion deadline has been expressly agreed upon.

Shipping transit time is separate from production time and begins after the completed order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

2. SHIPPING RATES & METHODS

Shipping rates depend on factors including:

  • Package dimensions and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping service
  • Packaging requirements
  • Insurance or additional services, when applicable

For standard purchases, available shipping options and charges may be displayed during checkout.

For custom engraving projects, shipping costs may be quoted separately when standard checkout rates are not suitable.

Applicable shipping charges will be communicated before the customer agrees to pay them.

Verdant Moto does not guarantee the availability of a particular carrier or shipping method for every item or destination.

3. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS

Customers may provide their own motorcycle, automotive, or other approved components for custom engraving.

Do not ship an item to Verdant Moto before receiving project acceptance and shipping instructions.

Before shipping an item, customers should provide the information requested during the consultation process, including relevant photographs, item specifications, and details about its condition.

Customers are generally responsible for the cost of shipping their item to Verdant Moto.

Customers should:

  • Package the item securely to minimize movement and damage during transit.
  • Protect delicate surfaces, edges, and finishes.
  • Use adequate protective packaging.
  • Retain shipping receipts and tracking information.
  • Consider an appropriately insured shipping service, particularly for valuable or difficult-to-replace items.

Verdant Moto will inspect and photograph customer-supplied items after receipt.

If an item arrives damaged, differs from its description, or appears unsuitable for the proposed engraving, the project may be paused while the issue is reviewed.

No permanent engraving will begin until the applicable inspection, payment, and design approval requirements have been satisfied.

4. ITEMS SOURCED BY VERDANT MOTO

For certain custom projects, Verdant Moto may be able to source an item on the customer’s behalf.

Before an item is ordered, the customer will receive information about:

  • The proposed item and specifications
  • Purchase price
  • Applicable inbound shipping costs
  • Preliminary engraving costs
  • Relevant payment requirements

The full item cost and inbound delivery charges, together with the agreed engraving deposit, are generally collected before sourcing begins.

When the sourced item arrives, it will be inspected before engraving.

Unexpected item defects, material concerns, or differences from the approved scope may require additional discussion or an updated quote before work proceeds.

5. RETURN SHIPPING AFTER CUSTOM ENGRAVING

When engraving is complete, Verdant Moto will coordinate the agreed return shipping or local pickup arrangements.

Customers are generally responsible for the agreed cost of returning customer-supplied items after completion, unless otherwise specified in the accepted quote.

The remaining project balance and applicable shipping charges must be paid before the completed item is released for pickup or return shipment.

Return shipping costs may depend on the finished item’s size, weight, value, packaging requirements, and destination.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Responsibility for shipping costs associated with damaged, defective, or incorrectly completed work will be determined according to the circumstances, agreed terms, and applicable law.

6. LOCAL DROP-OFF & PICKUP

Local drop-off and pickup may be available for approved custom engraving projects by prior arrangement.

All appointments must be coordinated and confirmed before an item is delivered or collected.

Customers should not arrive at an unconfirmed location or attempt to drop off an item without prior instructions.

When an item is received, Verdant Moto may document its condition and relevant identifying information.

Upon completion, pickup arrangements will be confirmed after the outstanding balance has been paid.

Local pickup availability may vary based on scheduling and project requirements.

7. SHIPPING TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

When shipment tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been prepared for shipment or transferred to the carrier.

Tracking information may take time to become active after a shipping label is created.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor shipment progress.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guarantees unless an eligible guaranteed service has been specifically arranged.

8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Please review the shipping address carefully before submitting an order or confirming a custom project.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

If an address needs to be corrected, contact Verdant Moto as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once a package has been transferred to the carrier.

Any responsibilities or remedies required under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

9. SHIPPING DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

Shipping carriers may experience delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, operational issues, or other circumstances.

If a shipment appears unusually delayed or lost, contact Verdant Moto with your order information and tracking number.

Verdant Moto will review the available shipping information and, when appropriate, assist with a carrier inquiry or claim.

Resolutions involving lost shipments depend on the circumstances, the shipment’s origin and destination, applicable shipping coverage, and the customer’s rights under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy removes any legal responsibility Verdant Moto may have for delivery of purchased goods.

10. ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If an order arrives damaged, contact Verdant Moto as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Customer name and order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • Photographs of the interior protective packaging, when available

Customers should retain the item and original packaging while the issue is reviewed, as carriers may request additional information.

Damage reports will be evaluated based on the circumstances, available documentation, and applicable law.

Where required or appropriate, a resolution may include repair, replacement, refund, or another agreed remedy.

11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available for certain products and approved custom engraving projects, depending on the destination, item type, shipping requirements, and applicable restrictions.

International orders are reviewed individually when necessary.

Before an international custom order is confirmed, Verdant Moto will discuss applicable shipping arrangements and estimated costs.

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Import duties
  • Taxes and other government charges
  • Carrier processing fees
  • Import restrictions
  • Additional shipping or customs delays

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed in writing, customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges assessed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and customs information.

Verdant Moto will complete required shipment documentation accurately and will not intentionally misrepresent the nature or value of goods.

International delivery estimates may vary significantly by destination.

Customers should contact Verdant Moto before sending items internationally for custom engraving to confirm whether the proposed project and shipping arrangements can be accepted.

International customer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

12. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain items may require special packaging, additional handling, or review before shipment.

Verdant Moto may decline shipping arrangements that cannot reasonably be completed because of item size, material, carrier restrictions, destination requirements, or other logistical limitations.

If a shipping concern affects an accepted order, Verdant Moto will contact the customer to discuss available options and any appropriate resolution.
