REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Verdant Moto LLC

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Verdant Moto creates custom engraving, personalized artwork, and original ready-to-purchase designs for motorcycle and automotive enthusiasts.

Because many products are handcrafted, individually designed, personalized, or produced in limited quantities, all custom engraving services and ready-to-purchase engraved artwork are considered final sale, subject to the exceptions and legal rights outlined below.

Please review this policy before purchasing an item or approving a custom project.

1. FINAL SALE POLICY

All custom engraving, personalized artwork, made-to-order designs, and ready-to-purchase engraved artwork sold by Verdant Moto are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom engraved motorcycle helmet visors
  • Custom engraved motorcycle windscreens
  • Custom engraved motorcycle and automotive mirrors
  • Custom engraved automotive components and other approved items
  • Finished, ready-to-purchase engraved artwork
  • Hollowborn Collection pieces
  • Other custom or personalized engraving projects

These products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund solely due to a change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with an approved design.

Final-sale status does not eliminate any rights or remedies customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Any future merchandise categories may have separate return conditions where stated.

2. CUSTOM ORDER DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

Custom engraving projects generally require a 50% deposit before approved work begins.

Before collecting a deposit, Verdant Moto will communicate the proposed project scope, estimated or agreed pricing, relevant material costs, and payment arrangements.

For customer-supplied items, the item must generally be received and inspected before the final quote and deposit are confirmed.

For items sourced by Verdant Moto, the customer may be required to pay the item’s purchase cost and applicable shipping charges before the item is ordered.

Deposits are applied toward the total agreed project price.

If an order is canceled, any eligible refund will depend on the stage of the project, work already completed, materials purchased, nonrecoverable expenses incurred, the agreed terms, and applicable law.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms established for the individual project.

3. CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation before design work, item sourcing, preparation, or engraving has begun.

If no project-specific work has started and no nonrecoverable expenses have been incurred, payments may be eligible for a full refund.

Once work has begun or project-specific costs have been incurred, a full refund may no longer be available.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on:

  • The current stage of the project
  • Design or preparation work already completed
  • Materials or items purchased specifically for the project
  • Engraving or other permanent modifications already performed
  • Nonrecoverable expenses incurred

Because engraving permanently alters the surface of an item, completed engraving cannot be erased or restored to its original condition.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible to contact@verdantmoto.com.

Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

4. DESIGN APPROVAL & HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Custom engraving projects involve a consultation and approval process before permanent work begins.

Customers will be asked to review and approve:

  • The final artwork, including relevant design details and lettering
  • The general placement, size, and orientation of the design on the item

Engraving will not begin until the required approvals have been confirmed.

Each Verdant Moto engraving is individually completed by hand using rotary engraving tools.

Minor variations in linework, shading, depth, texture, placement, or overall appearance may occur as a natural part of the handmade process.

Minor variations consistent with the approved design and the nature of hand engraving are not, by themselves, considered defects.

Significant deviations from an approved design or concerns involving workmanship will be reviewed individually.

5. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS

Customers may provide their own items for custom engraving, subject to approval and inspection.

Customers are responsible for accurately identifying the item, including its make, model, material, and relevant specifications when known.

Customers should disclose any known:

  • Scratches, cracks, chips, or existing damage
  • Previous repairs or modifications
  • Special coatings or finishes
  • Material characteristics that may affect engraving
  • Other conditions relevant to the proposed work

Verdant Moto may decline to work on an item that appears unsuitable, significantly damaged, or incompatible with the requested engraving.

Pre-work photographs may be taken to document the item’s condition before engraving begins.

Pre-existing wear, scratches, defects, or damage are not considered damage caused by Verdant Moto.

Customers acknowledge that engraving permanently changes the appearance and surface of an item.

Any concerns about damage arising during Verdant Moto’s handling or engraving of a customer-supplied item will be evaluated based on the circumstances, available documentation, agreed project terms, and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. READY-TO-PURCHASE ARTWORK

Ready-to-purchase engraved designs, including completed Hollowborn Collection mirrors and other original engraved artwork, are final sale.

These items are sold as individually created or finished pieces.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted solely because a customer changes their mind after purchase.

Customers should review the product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and other available details before ordering.

If a ready-to-purchase item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer should contact Verdant Moto for review and an appropriate resolution.

Final-sale status does not limit any remedy required by applicable law.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, or differs materially from the item ordered, contact Verdant Moto as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Customer name and order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging, if relevant

Customers should retain the item and any relevant packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

Verdant Moto will assess the circumstances and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the issue and applicable law, this may include repair, replacement, refund, or another required remedy.

Customers are not required to waive their legal rights because an item is designated final sale.

8. SHIPPING & RETURN ARRANGEMENTS

For customer-supplied items, customers are generally responsible for the cost of shipping the item to Verdant Moto and the agreed cost of shipping it back after completion.

For items sourced by Verdant Moto, purchase costs and applicable shipping arrangements will be confirmed before ordering.

If a return, repair, or replacement is approved, shipping arrangements and responsibility for costs will depend on the circumstances, the reason for the return, and applicable law.

Customers should contact Verdant Moto before sending an item back so the appropriate arrangements can be confirmed.

Shipping methods, delivery estimates, and international shipping conditions are addressed separately in the Shipping Policy.

9. APPROVED REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, and original payment method.

Any applicable deductions for completed work or nonrecoverable project expenses will be explained to the customer and handled consistently with the agreed terms and applicable law.

Shipping charges and other order-specific expenses will be evaluated based on the reason for the refund, the circumstances of the transaction, and applicable legal requirements.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

Motorsports photography services are separate from physical engraving and artwork purchases.

Photography bookings may be subject to individual booking terms covering deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, payment schedules, and delivery of edited photographs.

Applicable photography terms will be communicated before the customer confirms a booking or submits a required payment.

This physical-product final-sale policy does not automatically govern photography bookings.
