Verdant Moto creates custom engraved artwork for motorcycle visors, windscreens, and other items. Bring a concept, reference images, or just a general direction, and we’ll develop the project around your ideas. Other engraving requests are reviewed individually based on the item, material, condition, and project requirements.
HOW CUSTOM ORDERS WORK
Tell me what you have in mind
Tell me what you’d like engraved and share as much information as you have about the item, along with your ideas, inspiration, preferred style, any details you want incorporated. You don’t need to have the entire design figured out - that’s part of the custom process.
We develop your design
I'll use your ideas, references, and project details to develop a design for your item. Depending on the project, the design process may include original drawing, reference-based work, tracing or stencil development, digital tools, and AI-assisted concept generation. We’ll work through the concept together so you can approve the direction before engraving begins.
Approve your final design
Before engraving begins, you’ll have the opportunity to review the final design and general placement on your item. Once you approve the design and placement, the project can move into the engraving stage.
Your item is engraved
Once the design is approved, I'll physically engrave your item by hand using rotary engraving tools. Because each piece is worked on individually, small variations in line-work, depth, placement, and appearance can naturally occur as part of the engraving process.
Final photos and shipping
Once your project is finished, I’ll complete a final visual inspection and photograph the completed piece before carefully packaging it for shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on the way.
ITEM & PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Compatible item required
Visors and windscreens must be compatible with the customer's specific helmet or motorcycle. Please provide the applicable brand, model, item details, and part number if available. Other items submitted for engraving will be reviewed individually based on the item's material, size, condition, surface, and suitability for the requested project.
Providing your item
Depending on the project, you may send in an item you already own or ask Verdant Moto to source a compatible item for you. Any item sourced by Verdant Moto will be discussed and approved before purchase. Other custom items must be reviewed and accepted before they are shipped to Verdant Moto.
Item condition
Customer-supplied items should be clean and free from significant scratches, chips, or other damage that could affect the project. Verdant Moto may decline an item that appears unsuitable for engraving. Any existing wear, damage, coating, finish, or material characteristics may affect whether a project can be accepted or completed as requested.
TURNAROUND TIME
Every Verdant Moto project is completed individually. Turnaround time varies based on design complexity, the item being engraved, sourcing needs, current order volume, design approval, and other project-specific requirements. An estimated timeframe will be provided before your custom order is confirmed.
CUSTOM PRICING
Custom projects are quoted individually based on the item, design complexity, estimated engraving time, materials, sourcing requirements, and other project-specific factors. You'll receive and approve your quote before the project moves forward. Other-item requests may require additional review before a quote can be provided.
IMPORTANT: DISPLAY & CUSTOM ART USE
Verdant Moto engraving permanently modifies the original surface of an item. Engraved helmet visors and motorcycle windscreens are currently offered as custom artwork/display pieces and have not been independently tested or certified by Verdant Moto for impact protection, optical performance, structural performance, or other safety-related performance after modification. Verdant Moto does not represent or warrant that an engraved visor, windscreen, or other safety-related component maintains the original manufacturer's performance characteristics or is suitable for protective or road use.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Design approval
You'll have an opportunity to review and approve the final design and general placement before engraving begins. Once you approve the design and engraving has started, the work cannot be erased or returned to its original condition. Changes requested after engraving begins may not be possible and may result in additional charges.
Cancellations
Custom orders may be cancelled before design work, item sourcing, or engraving begins. Once design work, item sourcing, or engraving has begun, cancellation eligibility will depend on the work already completed and any costs already incurred. Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned to their original condition.
Returns and refunds
Because each custom engraving project is personalized for an individual order, custom items are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind or preference after the approved design has been completed. This does not limit any rights or remedies that may apply if an item arrives damaged, the incorrect item arrives, or applicable law otherwise requires a remedy.
Shipping damage
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your package or item arrives damaged, contact Verdant Moto as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage. Keep the item and original packaging while the issue is being reviewed, as they may be needed for a carrier claim.
